St John the Evangelist Church, Pangala, Shankarpura observed the triumphant entry to Jerusalem popularly known as “Palm Sunday” on the 28th of March, 2021. The Parishioners gathered near Lourdes Mother Grotto, church premises at 7:00 am. Rev Fr Ferdinand Gonsalves, the Parish Priest, blessed the Palm leaves which were then distributed to the people. It was followed by a procession to the Church. The Eucharistic celebration was celebrated by Fr Ferdinand Gonsalves.
